The sales team listened to what I wanted and went out of their way to find it for me. Not once did they try to sell me what they had or what I didn’t want. For the last 40 years I have been buying a new car or truck every 4 to 5 years and this is the first time that I actually enjoyed doing it.

Really Great dealership to deal with from sales to service. They are the only place I would consider to purchase a Toyota.

My salesman Jaz was not out to make a buck, he really cared that I was getting the exact car that I wanted and needed. He even suggested trying several different classes of the model I was looking at and it turned out that the cheapest care suited my needs. Even the manager was a pleasure to deal with. Harr has really changed the process for buying a car by taking the haggling about price out of the equation, simply brilliant.

My service advisor, Brian Strong, was very friendly and he explained any questions that I had with thorough answers. Although I did need to get an alignment and the cabin air filters changed, I opted for another time to get them done, Brian was not pushy or trying to talk me into getting these two items done today. I did ask his opinion on how often these two items should be done and I took his answers into consideration. I loved the new courtesy of a runner taking and getting orders from Panera Bread for customers and complimentary too. This courtesy is a nice way of thanking customers for getting their vehicles maintained at Harr’s Service Department. Kudos for an understanding and kind service department. Thank you!!

check-in , check-out quick and easy . 115,000 mile check up and service was thorough and I always feel they check it over thoroughly. Staff were all professional and friendly. Service advisor took extra time and effort to handle some paperwork for me.
